主讲：Prof. Daniel Rice Daniel Rice is an art professor at Northwest University in Washington State in the U.S. He has been teaching for 30 years and his background includes extensive studies in Central America and Europe, including time at Oxford. He is currently teaching art appreciation and history, arts and culture, drawing, painting and photography. He is also a working artist who gives public lecture with paintings. He and his wife of 34 years, Constance, who is a professor of literature, have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. This is their first trip to China, fulfilling a lifelong dream to visit here. Daniel will give a lecture about the idea of the Renaissance, and as he talks he will paint a picture relating to it.
